Opening a bottle of Casal Garcia is a fantastic way of celebrating delightful occasions and life!
The beginning of the Casal Garcia brand dates back to 1939, being already at that time an innovative wine, characterized by the new techniques used by the French winemaker Eugène Hélisse.
Casal Garcia is named after the land where the first grapes of this wine came from. It is the area surrounding a centuries-old house still inhabited by farmers at Quinta da Aveleda.
The brand image has always been faithful to its origin. On the label, you can see the crest that has belonged to the Guedes family for many years. It symbolizes the tight connection to Aveleda's history and tradition.
Its soft and fruity palate turns Casal Garcia into a young, fresh and light companion for pleasant times. It is ideal to match with fish, seafood, light simple salads or oriental dishes.
In 2009 Casal Garcia celebrated its 60th birthday and in 2007 celebrated its arrival to the 60th country, and is now considered the most sold Vinho Verde in the world. Awards:
